We are residents in the area of Twelve Hills, Linden Church Road , Chapel Chase, Broadwater Lane, Chamblis and Chandoly Roads in opposition to the conditional use of property zoned RR to include 50 condo houses each up to 6000 square feet, proposed on 50 acres. Additional residents are needed to join the team and work together to oppose the proposed condo development of a high density cluster of 50 houses on the Robert B. Williams, Joanna K. Benedict, Barbara B. Cusack, William I. Slade property on Greenberry Lane. Residents in opposition are needed for research, to collect, analyze and disseminate information so that our strong resistance can continue in a professional and organized manner. Such concerns include the impact upon: community structure and atmosphere, well water supply, traffic congestion, noise, odors, security, crowding, safety, septic systems, lighting, and others. We oppose this condo development and are hopeful that our legal appeal in the Circuit Court will prevail to overturn the Williams/Benedict/Cusack/Slade ruling by the Board of Appeals.
